How to meal prep on a college budget
What is meal prepping?
Meal prepping is the process of preparing healthy meals for the work week, usually lunch, in order to save money on eating out on unhealthy foods. You can customize the meals to your liking- if you’re looking to lose weight, your portion sizes would differ from someone who’s looking to maintain their weight or even gain weight. If you follow a specific diet- high fiber, gluten free or if you’re vegan, participating in keto, etc, you can choose what to add or take away to fit your needs.

Coupons

Coupons, whether they’re digital or print, are another great way to save money.
